Navarro County’s four commissioner precincts, redistricted after the 2020 census and population-balanced. Each row names the precinct’s commissioner and the towns and places inside it, worked out from the precinct’s own boundary rather than typed, and opens the precinct’s own page. Tap a row to light its precinct. From Navarro County Precincts 2022.

The commissioners court
The court is the county’s governing body: the county judge, who presides, and the four precinct commissioners. It adopts the county budget, sets the property tax rate, and oversees county roads and bridges, each commissioner in their own precinct.

Hubbard is in Hill County Commissioner Precinct 3, whose commissioner is Martin Dudik: the whole town lies inside it on the county’s 2025 precinct map, which uses the same lines for its justices of the peace and constables. Hill County publishes those lines only as a printed map, so they are not drawn on the sheet above. The court meets at the county courthouse, 1 N. Waco St. in Hillsboro, and posts its meetings on video.
