Pisgah
Navarro County, Texas
Pisgah sat on Pisgah Ridge, seven miles south of Corsicana, first settled in the late 1840s. By 1900 it had a school, several stores, a combined cotton gin and gristmill, and a church; a post office ran for less than a year starting in 1891. The school consolidated into Richland's after the Second World War, and by the mid-1960s only a cemetery and a few scattered houses were left.
