Pickett

Navarro County, Texas

Pickett sits on Farm Road 709, five miles south of Corsicana in south central Navarro County, probably established before 1900. Its school enrolled forty-six students by 1906. Population was about seventy-five by 1936 and has held near thirty since 2000.
