Liberty Hill
Navarro County, Texas
On Farm Road 709, two miles west of Dawson, Liberty Hill was established before 1900, its school enrolling twenty students by 1906. The mid-1930s community held a school, a cemetery and a number of houses; the school consolidated into Dawson's after the war, and by the mid-1960s only the cemetery and scattered houses remained.
